INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016

1. HOLDER OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The owner of the processing of personal data of the customer who makes use of the services provided by the company, also through the website www.leanus.it, (hereinafter the "Customer"), is the L'impresa srl, with registered office in Via San Pietro , no. 2 - 20831 Seregno (MB), PI / CF 07155150969 (hereinafter "The entrepreneur" or "Owner").

2. PERSONAL DATA

The Data Controller processes the personal identification data (hereinafter, "personal data" or even "data") communicated by you when accessing the service.

3. OBJECT OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data being processed may include common identification data (name, surname, Tax Code, VAT number, email address / PEC) collected for the purpose of concluding the contract with the Customer or in the context of its execution.

4. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The Customer's personal data will be processed:

  1. for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, for the fulfillment of regulatory obligations, tax and fiscal provisions deriving from the performance of the business activity as well as the obligations associated with administrative and accounting activities. For detecting the degree of customer satisfaction
  2. for the purpose of sending informative and / or commercial material, for sending information to customers about new services / products;
  3. for the elaboration of market analysis and for the fulfillment of marketing campaigns, for the sending of informative and / or advertising material also by telephone or internet.

5. LEGAL BASIS AND OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE ASSIGNMENT

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated above is art. 6.1.b) and art. 6.1.c) of the Regulations. The provision of personal data for these purposes is optional, but failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate the requested services.

6. DATA PROCESSING METHOD

In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing of data takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools, and with methods that guarantee security and confidentiality. The data will be processed in compliance with the principle of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and non-excess, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data.

7. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be disclosed to suppliers of services strictly necessary for the performance of the business, or to consultants of the company, where this proves necessary for fiscal, administrative, contractual reasons or for needs protected by current regulations. As regards the possible transfer of data to countries not belonging to the European Economic Area, the processing will take place according to one of the methods permitted by current law (consent of the interested party, adoption of Standard Clauses). 8. DATA RETENTION

The personal data processed will be kept for the time strictly necessary. In any case, since these are treatments carried out for the provision of services, the Data Controller will keep personal data for the period of time envisaged and permitted by Italian law to protect its interests (Article 2946 of the Italian Civil Code and subsequent amendments). The Company may keep the data even after the termination of the contractual relationship to fulfill regulatory obligations. Subsequently, once the aforementioned reasons for the processing cease to exist, the data will be deleted, destroyed or simply stored anonymously.

9. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Pursuant to articles 15 et seq. of the Regulations, the interested party has the right to ask the owner, at any time, to access their personal data, to correct or delete them or to oppose their processing, request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by the art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain the data concerning him in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation. Requests must be sent in writing to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated below privacy@leanus.it. In any case, the interested party always has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your personal data is contrary to the legislation in force.
