Leanus PREMIUM and some Leanus Corporate configurations provide both a Public Area and a Reserved Area. In the Reserved Area it is possible to access all the menus not accessible in the Public Area and marked with a closed "padlock" to * make changes to the reclassification model or adjustments, elaborate the business plan, the benchmark, the DSR and in general to activate all menus that require actions or data entry by the User.
To analyze a business in AREA CONFIDENTIAL, it's possible:
Identify the firm in AREA PUBLISH and “Transfer it to AREA CONFIDENTIAL"
Identify a list of Companies in AREA PUBLISH using filters or from the Groups Menu / List of Companies belonging to the Group and transfer them to Batch
Access theAREA CONFIDENTIAL and Process a New Analysis by uploading it from the Official Registers or from Your PC
Transfer Single analysis in the Reserved Area
To copy the analysis from the Public Area to the Reserved Area and access the Reserved Area:
Log in to Leanus
Research the analysis
Click on wheel next to the denomination
Choose the transfer option Copy Analysis and Access Reserved Area
Leanus carries out the transfer and automatically accesses the Reserved Area
Warning messages will inform you in case you try to transfer analyzes already present in the Reserved Area.
To transfer the analysis from the Public Area to the Reserved Area and remain in the Public Area
Log in to Leanus
Research the analysis
Click on wheel next to the denomination
Choose the transfer option Transfer Analysis and stay in the Public Area
Leanus carries out the transfer e keeps the page displayed in the Public Area active
Analysis transfer to the Reserved Area in Batch
Log in to Leanus and go to the Process Analysis / Filter Master Data Menu
Search for the companies you intend to transfer to "AREA CONFIDENTIAL"
Click on wheel "Actions" in the header of the list
Choose the option Transfer to Reserved Area
Batch transfer is only possible if theAREA CONFIDENTIAL has sufficient capacity for the required operation.
