What is Leanus CORPORATE?

Lean corporate (multiuser) is the solution dedicated to Banks, large companies and users with sophisticated needs. It is a solution designed and customized to the specific needs of TOP Customers.

How is it different from Leanus PREMIUM?

The differences with respect to Leanus PREMIUM (solution dedicated to entrepreneurs and small / medium-sized enterprises) are multiple and concern both the structure and the content of the DataBase (owned by the Customer), the methods of interaction with other systems external to Leanus and internal to the Customer, the configuration, the reclassification models, the schemes, the profiling, the graphical interfaces and much more.

These are the main distinguishing features compared to the other standard solutions:

DEDICATED DATABASE
All information is managed on a Customer-dedicated database managed by Leanus. (financial statements, accounting situations, notes, documents, Central Risks data, etc).

DATABASE SIZING
Il number of personal data, the selection criteria, methods and times of feeding are chosen by the Customer.

ADVANCED CUSTOMIZATIONS
The client may require changes, integration of algorithms, elaboration of proprietary indices, definitions of customized thresholds, insertion of graphs, tables, new reclassification schemes.

LINKS WITH OTHER SERVICES/DATA SOURCES EXTERNAL TO LEANUS
The Customer can connect Leanus to other data sources via WS or other systems (Central Risk Data, CRM, ERP, etc.). Leanus allows dialogue via WS with other external systems and / or systems owned by the Customer

CUSTOM HOME PAGE WITH COMPANY LOGO
Both the home page and the slides carry the customer's company logo.

PROFILING PUBLIC AREA AND RESERVED AREA
Each user can be profiled differently both in PUBLIC AREA and in PRIVATE AREA. The PRIVATE AREA can be shared by all users or by a subset chosen by the Customer.

USER PROFILING CRITERIA
The accesses can be single or multi-user. Each user can be profiled in a different way.

AUTONOMOUS USER MANAGEMENT
A Master user is reserved for the Leanus Corporate customer who can create and profile his own users.

MULTILINGUAL
Leanus Corporate is available in Italian, Spanish and English and can be translated into other languages chosen by the Client.

CUSTOM URL
Leanus Corporate can be reached on an internet address dedicated to the Customer (e.g. www.leanuslab.com/confida).

What does the Leanus CORPORATE offer consist of?

The Leanus Corporate offer therefore consists of 5 elements:

la initial configuration and the license for use (one-off);
il sizing of the DB owner (annual fee);
la provision of official accounting data and situations (XBRL, XML) and official records;
il number and user profiling contemporaries;
le customizations: integrations via WS, introduction of customized schemes, etc.

How is it activated?

The activation of the Leanus Corporate takes a few weeks which are necessary to map, with the help of the Leanus consultants, the actual needs of the Customer on the basis of which the initial configuration is carried out. If during use the users detect the need for further changes, it is possible to intervene again and reconfigure the Leanus Corporate.

D. What is the minimum size of the Leanus Corporate DB
R. 5000 Personal data extendable to over 300.000; each registry can have from 1 to 10 years and more

D. It is possible to request the population of the DB with official budgets and / or provided by the Customer
R. YES. If required, the official financial statements (generally 4-6 years) are uploaded and updated continuously by Leanus. The Customer may request the database be populated with other proprietary accounting information

D. What is the maximum number of users that can be activated
A. There is no maximum number of users.

D. It is possible to define a reclassification model for Leanus schemes and any "Other Schemes" alternative to the default one
A. YES, the customer can define their own Primary reclassification model and Secondary models if provided

D. How proprietary data is loaded
A. It can be done for single personal data or in batches, manually with loading through a pre-filled excel template or through WebServices.

D. What modules are included
A. The customer can select those of interest from the entire library of Leanus modules including AQR 1, Other Schemes, Competition Procedure, etc.

D. Leanus Corporate includes the link with external official data DBs
A. Yes. Leanus Corporate provides for the connection with the Business Register (for Financial Statements, surveys, protests, deeds, etc.), with Other Italian Suppliers (for Financial Statements, Personal Data, Prejudicial, Cadastral Data, Commercial Dossiers, etc) and with Other Suppliers Foreigners (Financial Statements, Commercial Information). All services are on consumption

D. How much does Leanus Corporate cost
A. Leanus Corporate provides for an activation cost (one-off), a cost for customizations (one-off), a cost for each budget loaded and an annual fee.
