21.3. Procedure: Saving / Retrieving search criteria

Search criteria saving / retrieval

After selecting the search criteria in the Process Analysis / Filter Personal Data, it is possible to save the selection criteria and possibly recall them later.

Later you can change the criteria and update the previously created filter.

Clicking on Load Filter previously saved filters are displayed. To recall it, simply click on the name of the filter to be activated.

To save a filter after selecting the search criteria

Log in to Leanus
Go to Process Analysis / Registry List
Use Filters to set the search criteria (consult the manual for the complete list of available search fields)
Click on Archive Filter
Enter the Filter title
Enter a any description
Stai using a multi-user work environment, you can click on the flag to share the filter with other team members.
