Description

Il Business Information Leanus Report allows access in real time to all the information present in the Company Register (as well as information relating to the prejudicial ones) relating to:

  • Capital company
  • Partnership
  • VAT numbers

You can choose which information to update through pre-configured options (Quick Selection) or by selecting individual blocks. This allows you to control and reduce overall information procurement costs.

Includes several sections (further detailed below) as well as Members, Shareholdings, negative events (with any details), such as the Corporate Object, the LEI code, any rights on shares, employees and much more.

For capital companies, the Business Information Leanus Report It also includes a summary of the Leanus financial analysis further detailed in the Annotated Report.

Selection Business Information Report from the menu Buy Documents



Click on Search

Follow the information available on the video

Choose the type of report or the individual information blocks and click on Update Data

Clicking on View Report, the box appears Business Information Update Through this option, you can configure the report by selecting content in bulk or individually. The cost of this operation is shown at the bottom right.

Report processing procedure for companies that correspond to a personal data present in the List

After identifying the company, simply click on Business Information Presentation/Report.

You can view the report online or download the PDF using the action button at the top right.

How to view a previously created report

Selection History of Purchased Documents from the menu Buy Documents
Click on Report after identifying the document

Recommended Procedure to enable maximum savings on data procurement costs

Select the Light report or Report light + Flag Negative events to view the updated Report and check for any negative Events.
Only in case of presence of negative events, update the report by selecting the block Details of negative events.

In this mode You will only bear the cost of finding any details if they actually exist.

IMPORTANT – The acquisition of the information needed to feed the Report is immediate and official and automatically generates the update of the entire position including, for example, the commented Report and other analyses based on Business Information.

Furthermore, the presence of the last update date allows you to decide whether it is necessary to obtain more up-to-date data.

Any sensitive data is encrypted in compliance with current regulations and deleted if necessary.

Document Sections

Financial Data Summary

It contains the main financial data from the latest available financial statements and a summary of the company structure. The summary data is further detailed at the bottom of the document.

Company Personal Data

Includes the date of incorporation, REA registration date, MCC sector and sector codes (Ateco, SAE, RAE, NACE etc).

Additional Personal Data

Includes the LEI code (if available), the corporate purpose, registered office transfers, and any submitted documents. Incorporation details include Chamber of Commerce registration information, company duration, expiration date, etc.

Administration and Control System

Includes the type of administration adopted, the presence of a board of auditors, etc. Powers Includes the powers associated with the Board of Directors, etc. Other statutory references Includes any withdrawal or pre-emption clauses. Business transfers, mergers, demergers, takeovers Lists corporate transactions as of the date of the deed.

It also allows you to reconstruct the chain of control and identification of the economic beneficiary

Company Size Data

It reports the main economic data relating to the last 3 available financial years. Capital and financial instruments It reports information on the approved, subscribed, paid-up capital and the number of shares.

Number of employees

Reports the number of employees and independent contractors in recent quarters.

Administrative and Corporate Structure

It includes the list of members, their shareholding rights, participations, representatives and positions, and any contact details.

Negative Events

Report the presence of any negative events (protests, prejudicial events, Procedures, CIGS) and, if present, the related details.

Financial Analysis

Includes a shortened version of the Annotated report, that is, the evaluation of the economic, patrimonial and financial profile of the company, the analysis of Break-even, MCC Band, Debt and Credit Capacity, Strengths, Strengths and Weaknesses and the entire statutory framework.

FAQ

Is it possible to select individual blocks, for example if you only want to update the Local Units?
YES. In that case, the cost of the individual block will be charged.

When selecting individual blocks included in a Report, does the overall cost match the Report cost?
NO. Selecting individual blocks generates individual calls that together will cost more than the Report. We therefore recommend selecting the Report type and using the individual block selection only to purchase specific pieces of information.

What procedure should be followed to prepare reports detailing negative events, if any?
To optimize costs, it is advisable to prepare the Light + Flag Negative Events Report and only in the case of the presence of Negative Events, purchase the Negative Events Detail block.

How is any sensitive information handled?
Any sensitive information is automatically encrypted, made available only to the user or team who requested it for a limited period of time, after which it is automatically deleted.

Is it possible to process and save the document as a PDF?
YES. By clicking on “Create PDF” at the top right.

Is it possible to view the list of purchased documents?
YES. From the Purchase Documents/Purchased Document History menu.
