Leanus allows you to create a group of companies both in the PUBLIC AREA and in the RESERVED AREA. To create a group in the RESERVED AREA, all the companies included in the group must be present in the RESERVED AREA.
Alternatively, you can create a Group in the PUBLIC AREA and transfer a single analysis related to the aggregated data to the PRIVATE AREA. The choice depends on the objectives of the analysis.
Transferring all analyses to the RESERVED AREA is only necessary if:
- you want to intervene on the reclassification model in a differentiated manner for each analysis
- the intention is to upload accounting situations and proprietary data for each of the personal data taken into consideration.
In other cases it is recommended to transfer only the analysis relating to the aggregated data to the RESERVED AREA
In PUBLIC AREA it is possible to create Groups of hundreds of companies (with a maximum of 300 at a time) and analyze them using all the PUBLIC AREA menus. If there is a need to aggregate a greater number of analyses, it is recommended to create subgroups of less than 300 and then aggregate them together from the Group List Menu. For other needs, contact the Service Center.
How do I transfer a Group from the PUBLIC AREA to the PRIVATE AREA (aggregate only, without having to transfer the individual analyses)?
To transfer a Group's analysis from the PUBLIC AREA to the RESERVED AREA (without having to transfer the individual analyses and therefore occupying only one RESERVED AREA record) simply proceed as follows:
Access the Group analysis in the PUBLIC AREA
Access the Group's HOME page
From the Box "Download (Excel and Xml)”Download the file XML on your computer
Access the RESERVED AREA
Upload the XML file (using the box + Upload balance sheets or function Process Analysis/+Load Balance Sheets)

At the end of the operation, the group analysis will be available in the RESERVED AREA and you will be able to use all the menus provided by your profile.
The analysis thus created can also be used to develop the benchmark between a company and the reference benchmark group.
