Compare two or more business plans

The procedure allows you to compare two or more different Business Plans of the same company (e.g. for product lines).
Through the option to save the different scenarios in the Business Plan / Profit and Loss Account (Numerical Analysis) and Balance Sheet Business Plan (Numerical Analysis) menu, it is possible to view different previously created and saved scenarios. However, you may need to compare the results of two or more Business Plans or to aggregate them using the "Create Group" function

To be able to make comparisons or aggregate the various business plans, it is necessary to download the models in Excel and reload them using the L2 model.

Create the business plan company
Make the download of CE and SP prospectuses in excel
Create a new analysis using the business plan as a source. Using the template in excel L2 and the procedure Process Analysis »New Balance Sheet Analysis» from XBR extension, XML, XLS
Reclassify the Data Source and Save the reclassification template (you can use it to reclassify subsequent business plans)
Process the subsequent business plan
Repeat the operations 2 and 3 and then recalls the previously saved reclassification model.

At the end of the procedure all the analyzes of your interest will be available in the Personal Data List. At this point you can choose to Develop the Benchmark o Aggregate the different Business Plans
