Hide / Show accounting periods

Leanus allows is to eliminate the accounting periods (in jargon "the columns") that simply to hide them. It is possible to hide / display the relative columns both to the historical years and to the Business Plan.

The function Hide / Show Columns it is extremely important why allows you to choose with respect to which accounting periods to carry out some analyzes previously processed only on the last periods.

Use the Hide Columns function to choose the accounting period against which to perform the following analyzes:

  • Benchmark
  • Reliability Rating (Smilies)
  • Comparison with Objectives (KPI)
  • MCC band
  • Fido Recommended
  • ...

To hide / display the columns (i.e. the accounting periods) relating to the historical analysis (Balance Sheet Analysis menu)

Log in to Leanus
Select budget analysis
Click on symbol ("eye") reported to the right of the company name or in the header of the tables under Balance Sheet Analysis
Select years that you want to hide (when the flag is active, the column will be hidden)
click Save

When the symbol is orange it means that some columns have previously been hidden

The calculation of some indices based on the availability of data relating to the previous period (change in revenues, etc.) is carried out on the accounting periods associated with the analysis regardless of whether they are visible or hidden.

To hide / show the columns (i.e. accounting periods) relating to the Business Plan

Log in to Leanus
Select budget analysis
Click on symbol ("eye") reported in the header of the tables under the Business Plan form
Select years that you want to hide (when the flag is active, the column will be hidden)
click Save

When the symbol placed in the header of the Income Statement tables is orange it means that some columns are not visible.
