The problem:

Analyze in the shortest possible time, a list of CF starting from a list in Excel

Recurring problems:

Excel contains additional information (NPL, UTP, GBV, Forborne, etc) that need to be managed
The CFs are related not only to SRL, SPA but also to Physical Persons, Company of People (for which no budget is available),
CFs are sometimes incorrect
It is available there Partita IVA but not the CF
The process requires long processing times, access to different sources, lengthy processing in Excel

The Leanus solution:

File upload to Excel (see example, excel is customizable)

After loading the user will not have to do anything!

The results (processing times depend on the number of records)

The “Home” summary
After loading, Leanus automatically performs a series of complex operations summarized in the appropriate "Home" Menu

Distinguish between Ratio (Assignor, Assigned, etc) e Relationship
For each type it indicates:

The number of positions identified by the tax code on input
The number of tax ID-identified locations that have been identified by connecting to databases
The number of tax ID-identified positions for which it is available balance sheet analysis
The number of positions identified by the tax code for which the Leanus engine was able to match a profile elaborated through parametric analysis
The number of positions identified by the tax code for which they are available only the personal information
The number of items identified by the tax code that could not be identified due to input errors

On the Home screen, for each category the balance with the highest interest is available (e.g. value GBV)

Analysis by Subjects (Debtor, Assignors, etc)

The analysis by subjects allows you to analyze every aspect related to the Subject list

The list is searchable and downloadable also in Excel of subjects and related associated information
Le statistics (a complex graphical analysis that allows you to view the portfolio according to different views, all customizable)
The list of subjects with associated Leanus balance sheet analysis
The list of subjects for which the Leanus engine has succeeded in associating a profile elaborated through parametric analysis
The list of subjects for which it is available only the registry
The list of subjects who could not be identified

The user can intervene for further refinements.

Analysis by Reports (the same debtor may correspond to different relationships)

Analysis by Reports allows you to analyze every aspect related to the Reports list. You can view reports that refer to the same subject or the list of reports that refer to different portfolios. The menu allows you to view:

The searchable and downloadable list also in Excel of the Reports and related associated information
Statistics (a complex graphical analysis that allows you to view the portfolio according to different views, all customizable)
The list of Reports with associated Leanus balance sheet analysis
The list of Reports for which the Leanus engine was able to associate a profile elaborated through parametric analysis
The list of Reports for which only the master data is available
The list of Reports that could not be identified

What happens if the subjects are joint-stock companies?
Leanus recovers the available accounting information and elaborates a complete balance sheet analysis.

What happens if the subjects are partnerships or companies for which a balance sheet is not available?
Through the parametric engine, Leanus associates an accounting profile to the Subject. The parametric engine uses an iterative approach which aims to identify the best set for comparison. The motor can be parameterized according to specific customer needs.

What happens to individuals?
If there is no useful information to use the parametric engine, the master information is retrieved and shown.

What happens to unidentified subjects?
They are isolated in a special table so as to allow the verification of any errors.
