Description
To the right of the Name (of the company or Group) are visible the information icons that allow you to view information or warnings relating to the case in question.
The icons are divided into two categories:
- Information icons. They are always present for all personal data. They allow quick access to useful information for analysis purposes
- Notices or Warnings. They are activated only if Leanus detects an anomaly or provides a specific warning for the analysis in question
By hovering the mouse over the icon you can view the description as shown in the image
The Information Icons
They are always present for all personal data. They allow quick access to useful information for analysis purposes
1 – Personal data
By clicking on the Icon you can access the complete Personal Data information. The Personal Data Icon can be BLUE (No anomalies), Red (CF or VAT number formally incorrect), Green (only provided for the “Corporate” solutions, indicates that the Personal Data relates to a company labelled as “Customer”)

3 – Hide Accounting Periods
Allows you to select one or more accounting periods and hide them without deleting them. If colored in ORANGE, at least one accounting period has been previously hidden and can be made visible again. For the detailed procedure click here
4 – Delete Accounting Periods
Allows you to select one or more accounting periods and delete them without deleting them. If deleted, they cannot be recovered unless you reload the balance sheet or accounting situation.
5 – Google Search
It allows you to search for news related to the company or any critical events connected to it. Click here for more information
Notices or Warnings
They are activated only if Leanus detects an anomaly or provides a specific warning for the analysis in question.
1 – Management schemes balancing control
The Red Sticker indicates that for at least one accounting period it was not possible to obtain the balancing of the Employment Source Scheme. The Sticker can be Green (OK Balancing), Yellow (balancing obtained following the insertion by the user of at least one correction), Red. For further information click here
2 – State of Business
Indicates whether the business has ceased
3 – Proprietary Source
Indicates whether the business analysis includes an unofficial balance sheet or accounting situation uploaded by the Client
4 – Check Source
Indicates whether an accounting anomaly has been detected in the data source (Balance sheet or formally incorrect accounting situation for at least one accounting period)
5 – Ordinary / Consolidated Balance Sheet available
For Ordinary balance sheets it indicates the presence of Consolidated balance sheets and vice versa. By clicking on the icon it is possible to access the analysis of the Consolidated / Ordinary Balance Sheet
6 – Negative Events
Indicates the presence of negative events. By clicking on the Icon you can view the details
7 – Active Change Monitoring
Indicates that the company is under monitoring variations (ORANGE color). If a variation has been detected, the icon is shown in GREEN. When the mouse is passed over, the events under monitoring are displayed. By clicking on the Icon it is possible to view the documents relating to the variation.
8 – Analysis Present in RESERVED AREA
When in PUBLIC AREA, it indicates that the analysis has previously been transferred to PRIVATE AREA
9 – Update available in PUBLIC AREA
When in the PRIVATE AREA, it indicates that a more recent balance is available in the PUBLIC AREA
10 – Analysis relating to a Group or Aggregate of companies created by the user
Indicates that the analysis is related to a Group created by the user.
