4.10. Insert comments and notes

Notes Management

Notes can be entered on each page (in the box at the bottom) or by clicking on the icon to the right of the denomination.

Notes can be used to communicate with other team members. In fact it is possible:

• reply to a previous entry
• edit a previous note
• delete a previously entered note
  

The icon orange highlights the presence of previously recorded notes. The icon is also visible in Filter Master Data and in general in the business lists

To insert a note on a page:

Log in to Leanus
Research the analysis
Plan your trip At the bottom of the page where you want to insert the comment
Enter the comment
Click on Update

To enter a note related to an analysis:

Log in to Leanus
Research the analysis
Click on note symbol to the right of the denomination
Enter the comment
Click on Update

To view a note related to an analysis:

Log in to Leanus
Research the analysis
Click icon (also from the registry list)
