From Monthly to Cumulative Business Plan: How to Move to Aggregated Data in a Few Steps

To move from one business plan on a monthly basis to a cumulative business plan (e.g. with data up to the quarter or other periodicity), follow these steps:

Develop monthly business plan as you normally do, ensuring all data is entered and correct on a monthly basis.

Once the business plan has been developed, scroll down to the table below to the screen. This table will show you the cumulative aggregate data, which includes the results on a quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis, depending on your needs.

This way, you can get a summary view of your business plan performance without having to manually rework your monthly data.

Just enter the Menu Business Plan / Income Statement / Numerical Analysis o Business Plan / Balance Sheet / Numerical Analysis and click "Switch to BP Monthly"

The operating logics of the Monthly Business Plan are identical to those of the annual Business Plan
