Leanus allows you to upload and process balance sheets and accounting situations in real time in any format, even in PDF.

Procedure

Log in to Leanus
Go to Process Analysis / + Upload financial statements / Upload financial statements and accounting situations in any format or upload from Home
Click on Select a File (or drag the file to the orange area)
Select the file from your PC and wait for it to load
Click on Import
wait the completion of the operation

The procedure allows you to upload and process the balance sheet or accounting situation in any format, including in PDF
If the format is not recognized the operation will be aborted; any charge will be automatically reversed and you will receive assistance from the Service Center.

If the tax code is not present in the file PDF, Leanus creates one automatically. Later it is possible
Access the registry
Enter a valid tax code
Click on the box on the right to update the registry with the official data

Main recognized formats

PDF balance sheets, XBR extension, XML and other formats downloaded from the main databases and management systems (Zucchetti, TeamSystem, etc.)
Leanus L1, L2, L2.1, L3 models (for expert users)
