Create a group by adding / deleting individual businesses
Leanus allows you to aggregate, for each period, balance sheet data 2 or more companies. The result obtained is an analysis (or sum balance) in which each accounting data is given by the sum of the accounting data values of the individual analyzes selected. During the creation phase it is possible to add or delete companies by selecting them by name.
Below is the procedure for creating the Analysis of a Group, after selecting the companies to be included through the search with Filters and subsequently confirming the list by adding or deleting analyzes selected by name:
Log in to Leanus
Go to Process Analysis / Registry List
Select the accounting period of reference for aggregation (will be the last year displayed in the group analysis)
Set the other search criteria using the drop-down menus
Click on + Add Filters to use additional search filters
Click on Update
Repeat the operation until you have identified the number of companies you want to include in the Group analysis
Click on the Multifunction wheel Open and ... and click on Select and Create Group (the operation provides for a maximum number of analyzes that can be aggregated)
Eliminate any quests to discard by clicking on the symbol in the last column
Add any other companies in the archive by entering the initials of the Denomination or VAT number and clicking on the "+"
Choose the way of aggregation by flagging the appropriate field
Enter the any consolidation percentages
Click on Create Group
Enter the name you wish to give to the Group
Click on Confirmation
2 point. It is possible to aggregate together the analyzes of previously created Groups. In this case, repeat the steps provided for in this procedure replacing point 2. with: Go to Process Analysis / Group List
