Controlling corporate structure (4 levels, if available)

Preparing the Report Business Information, you can get in real time the corporate control structure, allowing for the immediate identification and reconstruction of corporate ties up to the upper four levels, as well as to identify the beneficial owner.

In addition to displaying the relative shareholdings, the report allows you to identify:

• La reference date of each information used with the ability to update in real time.
• La typology of subjects .
• I subjects appearing in multiple levels of the controlling corporate structure; the number of presences is identified for each individual.
• The possible presence of own shares held directly or indirectly.
