Unit of measurement correction (balance sheets in 000 Euro)

Function reserved for Leanus Corporate Administrators and/or users

This tool allows Administrators to convert to Euro (multiply by a thousand) the individual accounting periods and manage mixed balance sheet cases or those that present different units of measurement.

On the page Source and Reclassification » Reclassification on Management Schemes (->), the procedure includes the presence of a new icon, next to month/year, which allows you to multiply/divide the single period by 1.000. The function is only available for analyses for which the anomaly was found for at least a period.

For the periods in which the "check" is foreseen it is possible to multiply by 1.000
by clicking on the icon

For the periods which are divisible by 1.000 the ability to split is activated
by clicking on the icon

To allow intervention also on analyses in the Reserved Area, where the administrator does not have access, a similar procedure has been carried out which works via a specific URL.

The URL procedure requires that the user who uses it be logged in as Administrator and is only active for analysis in the reserved area.

The URL to use is: instance_url/home/imprese_import_batch.php?normalizingBalance=1&company_id=company_id&year=year&month=month&multiplier=multiplier

• company_id it is the identifier of the analysis to be processed (analysis that must exist in a reserved area)
• year and month these are the identifiers of the period to be analyzed (the existence of the period is checked)
• multiplier it can assume the values ​​1000, if you want to multiply the period by a thousand, and 0.001 if you want to divide by 1000 (it will be checked that the period can be normalized and that the multiplier can be used)
• instance_url is the first part of the url of an instance for example for public it is https://leanuslab.com/leanuspublic/
