Comparison between Business Plan and Performance Data: Detailed Procedure

This procedure allows you to quickly and easily compare the data of the Business Plan (or Forecast) with the trend data (Actual). Advanced users can complete the process in a few minutes.
The Business Plan can be developed on either a monthly or annual basis.

If you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to ask for assistance.

Develop the Annual or Monthly Business Plan
Once the processing is completed, go to Business Plan / Civil Scheme (In Reserved Area if applicable)
Download the XML Prospectus

ATTENTION: If you have developed a monthly Business Plan, find the cumulative civil law scrolling down to the bottom

Create a new analysis using the + Load Balances function using the XML file
Now you have the two analyses to compare:

• the main analysis you used to develop the business plan (last accounting period
• business plan analysis (the first accounting period will be the next one after the last one of the main analysis)
  

Use the Benchmark menu to associate the two analyses

Of course, you will be able to view the comparison after loading the next accounting period into the main analysis. After doing so, in fact, at least one period of the historical analysis will be consistent with a period of the business plan
