Online course to obtain the Leanus qualified user certification to use the Business Plan module
Participants will acquire all best practice in the use of Leanus business plan module and the knowledge behind techniques for projecting economic, equity and financial data.
The Course offers the Professional access to advanced features which allow you to manage the different contexts that address the business planning processes, such as, for example:
- prospective assessment on the sustainability of debts required by the new one Crisis Code - fulfillments Adequate Structures;
- creation of business plans, aimed at requesting financing, in line with i Banks' decision-making criteria and with requirements EBA;
- management of business planning and budgeting corporate processes aimed at strengthening business processes industrial management control;
- creation of business plans as part of investment operations to support M&A processes.
The course is provided by inFinance, partner chosen by Leanus for the provision of certified training.
Duration and methods: 10 sessions of two hours each – online in a virtual classroom
