Operational Finance Master – The analysis of financial statements in liquidation
Balance sheet assets may not reflect the actual valuations of assets and liabilities. To understand if the company is in balance sheet is necessary not just reclassify them adequately but also to make an estimate of the potential realizations.
From a liquidation perspective, it is also necessary to differentiate the debts between privileged (special, general) e unsecured.
During the Master's session we will analyze the Leanus "LIQUIDATION" module to understand:
- how to get one quick estimate balance sheet;
- how to insert the hypothesis;
- how to manage the determination process of the assets and liabilities prospectuses from a composition with creditors perspective.
