The analysis of the first 2019 financial statements

It is not true that to analyze the financial statements for 2019 you have to wait until June 2020! At least not for everyone. In fact already today a few thousand 2019 financial statements are available which could prove to be very useful for catching some of them in advance of the market trends of Italian companies. Find out if they have grown, have earned, are more in debt and a lot of other interesting information.
It is about 5000 company which close the financial statements in June, September, November or other months and which therefore report the results of operations not entirely coinciding with the calendar year 2019 but potentially very significant for professionals, banks and companies. To these are added some companies which, despite having closed the financial year on 31/12/2019, have already filed the financial statements after only two months.
An aggregate with numbers of absolute relevance which often passes "under the radar" to most of the analysts who look at the financial statements starting from June. His numbers, on the other hand, are of absolute importance, even on a national scale: 135 billion in revenues, 6 in EBITDA, 3 of Net Profit, 72 of Payables and 43 of Net Equity.

During the Webinar we answer, also using real cases, the following questions:

- Why for some companies the duration of the financial year does not coincide with the calendar year? What are the benefits and implications? Are there any sectors or types of businesses that adopt this choice more frequently? Because?
- How the businesses with inter-annual operations are distributed based on the closing month?
- How companies are distributed with the 2019 budget already available for: sector, region, growth in volumes and margins, bank debt and other parameters?
- Why and how Are these budgets interesting for banks, businesses and professionals? What kind of analysis is it useful to do?
