Source and Reclassification
The menu Source and Reclassification It represents the heart of Leanus analysis, because it allows you to transform accounting data into structured and easily comparable information.
The data source is the point of origin of all processing. Whether it is a filed balance sheet or one private accounting situation, Leanus allows you to view it clearly and immediately, so you always know which report feeds the entire analysis model, while still maintaining the ability to integrate, correct, or customize the starting data.
The subsequent reclassification organizes the data into management or civil law schemes (in compliance with the Fourth EEC Directive). The user can intervene on each item to ensure that the analysis best reflects the specifics of your company or the portfolio being analyzed. Why this menu is essential.
Why does this menu deserve special attention?
Balance Sheet or Accounting Situation
In this menu you can view the data source used for the analysis.
The source can be a official balance sheet filed with the Company Register or a private accounting situation uploaded by the user (PDF, XBRL, XLS, XML, CSV, Zucchetti, TeamSystem, Galileo …).
Direct consultation of the source ensures transparency and consistency, allowing us to understand where the processed values come from and how they are transformed into subsequent management schemes.
Reclassification on Management Schemes
One of the most central menus of Leanus: allows you to reclassify each item in the balance sheet or accounting statement according to management logic. Correct reclassification is the basis of any reliable analysis, whether historical or prospective. Public Area an automatic reclassification is proposed, while in Reserved Area It is possible to intervene manually, redefining each entry and creating custom schemes. This operation is crucial because All the Quality Checks, historical analysis, calculation of the indices and construction of the Business Plan depend on the management reclassification.
Reclassification on Civil Law Scheme
This menu takes up the logic of management reclassification, but applies it to a civil law framework, in compliance with the Fourth EEC Directive. It therefore allows you to transform any data source – official or private – in civil law format, maintaining full consistency with regulatory requirements.
OIC Financial Statement Deposited
Allows you to view the Official OIC Financial Statement, if deposited by the company. Both the indirect and direct methods are available, depending on the method used in the deposit. Consulting this table allows you to analyze financial flows generated by operational management, investments and sources of financing, thus offering a complete understanding of the company's ability to generate cash and sustain its commitments over time.
Detailed Leanus Diagrams
Allows you to view the complete reclassified statements: income statement (managerial and classic) and balance sheet (managerial, liquidity and abbreviated). Each aggregate item shows the detail of individual accounting items that compose it, guaranteeing maximum transparency.
