Benchmarks and Business Plans – two fundamental aspects for any entrepreneurial activity. The first because it helps the company, through comparison with its competitors, to elaborate strategies to meet market needs. The second because the creation of a Business Plan is an indispensable process for everyone Financing request and for banking procedures evaluation and monitoring (LOM).
During this session of the Master we will therefore see, through the analysis of real cases, how a correct use of benchmarking allows to maximize your strengths and build a strategic advantage. We will also analyze how to create a complete Business Plan, highlighting how scenarios can radically vary outlined according to the hypotheses assumed at the outset.
